Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nuntior (https://nuntior.com), including our REST API, 12-Tool Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server, Hybrid OAuth Vault, Edge FFmpeg Media Pipeline, and Telecom services provided by Allometrik Consulting FZCO ("Allometrik", "we", "us"), located at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Policies

By creating an account, generating an API key, or connecting a third-party account via Managed OAuth or BYOK, you agree to these Terms and to the respective terms of the platforms you connect, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Terms of Service, LinkedIn User Agreement, X Developer Terms, and Reddit User Agreement.

2. Description of Service & Hybrid OAuth Responsibility

Nuntior provides a unified software execution layer enabling developers and authorized AI agents to manage social profiles, publish posts, process media, moderate comments/messages, manage ad campaigns, publish blog articles, and provision telecom numbers. When using Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) mode, you are responsible for maintaining valid developer credentials with the respective platform.

3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

You agree not to use Nuntior or its MCP tools to:

• Publish unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or non-consensual content, or violate intellectual property rights.
• Engage in unauthorized profile scraping, mass unsolicited spam messaging, artificial engagement manipulation, or platform rate-limit evasion.
• Attempt to bypass cryptographic controls, probe multi-tenant isolation boundaries, or abuse telecom numbering resources.

4. Pricing, Subscriptions & Usage Pass-Through

• Subscription Tiers: Free Forever ($0/mo, 3 connections), Starter ($19/mo, 12 connections), Builder ($35/mo, 35 connections), and Scale ($79/mo, 100 connections + $0.50/mo per extra connection).
• BYOK Zero-Markup: Connecting accounts with your own OAuth Client ID and Secret incurs $0.00 platform markup from Nuntior.
• Metered Telecom & Managed Add-ons: Dedicated telecom numbers are billed at $1.50/mo per number, and Managed X Smart Link posts are billed at transparent usage rates as documented in your usage ledger.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

Nuntior is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Allometrik Consulting FZCO shall not be liable for third-party social network outages, upstream API rate-limit changes, account suspensions imposed by external platforms, or indirect/consequential damages exceeding the fees paid by you to Allometrik Consulting FZCO in the preceding three (3) months.
